A fun, social, group tennis-fitness programme for adults of any ability – even non-tennis players!

Cardio Tennis is a great way to hit plenty of balls while moving around the court and working in teams and pairs. It’s targeted at all levels and abilities and combines fitness, music, and tennis skills to deliver the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.

Each workout compromises of a warm-up, cardio/skills segment and a cool down. Women can burn up to 400 calories and men up to 600 in a 45-minute session!
