CLM Community Sport are inviting applications from Coaches of age grade or open age representative teams or individuals, in either club, school or community, or coaches who are striving to take the step up, for their Coach Evolve Programme. This could be in the age grade category from the ages 13 and above.
Coach Evolve is a generic cross-code coach development programme available to those coaching in clubs, schools and the community. Coach Evolve brings together coaches from a range of sports codes to learn, discuss and share information based on the topics being presented. The cross code collaboration is a highlight for many coaches with frequent comments from coaches on the “value of learning from coaches from other sports”.
Coach Evolve helps you to find your greatness as a coach, think about and understand yourself, discover what makes a great coach; explore IT innovations, hear about motivation techniques; acquire new skills, learn about effective coaching of today’s athletes, gain knowledge about winning on the scoreboard and beyond and develop yourself for the future.
