17 year old Cameron Norrie (Auckland) advanced to the final of the Chang LTAT ITF Junior Grade 1 Singles tournament over the weekend with an impressive run of victories tot he final.  Norrie only dropped one service game in his path to the championship match.  His impressive result this week is estimated to raise his world junior ITF ranking from 40 to inside the top 30 in the World.  Cameron has two more junior events before he attempts the Men’s Futures Tournaments in Vietnam.  We wish him the very best of  luck for the remainder of his tennis tour. This will stand him in good stead for a main draw entry to the upcoming Wimbledon and French Open Junior Grand Slam events in 2013.
