Tennis Auckland Board – Call for Nominations and Applications

The Tennis Auckland Board is comprised of four appointed and four elected members. There are currently two (2) appointed and one (1) elected Board Member vacancies. These positions will be selected by the Tennis Auckland Board Appointments Panel, with successful candidates commencing their three-year term following the 2025 Tennis Auckland AGM, scheduled for 16 October 2025.

Board Commitment

  • The Board meets at least eight times per year, with each meeting typically lasting around three hours.
  • All Board roles are voluntary.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who are passionate about the future of tennis in Auckland and are eager to contribute to its governance. You’ll be joining a highly skilled and dedicated Board committed to the growth and strength of the sport.  Further details can be found here.


Elected Board Member Nominations

In accordance with the Tennis Auckland Constitution, nominations for Elected Board Member positions must be submitted by Member Clubs or Tennis Associations.

Deadline:
All nominations must be received by 5pm, Monday 1 September 2025.

Appointed Board Member Applications

To apply for one of the two (2) Appointed Board Member positions, please submit:

  • A brief letter of interest
  • Your CV

Applications must be received by Monday, 1 September 2025.

Submission Options:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview with the Board Appointments Panel on Wednesday, 10 September 2025.
